This conversation always comes up with games released for both consoles and PC. PC always wins.
The exception is the few good FPS games on the Wii. Metroid Prime 3, for example, was an amazingly good shooter. Wii uses a completely different control scheme but is hurt by the fact there is no focus right now on games for hardcore FPS gamers.
Of course, no matter how intuitive or good the Wii control system is for FPS games, nothing beats having a whole keyboard (or at least 1/2 of one) available at the same time you have 3+ buttons on your mouse.
