    ZinZ's First Video

This is my first video, it turned out well I thought. I would have enjoyed doing some first person along with this, however I cannot get FRAPS to work (this was recorded with Xfire) and Xfire lags me way too much in game to get good footage. No it's not in the perfect resolution for youtube, not too much off and the quality is not bad considering I don't really know how to really adjust it. I think anti-aliasing kinda made it a bit blurry but oh well, it looked very pretty while it was being recorded. Hopefully I'll make one even better soon =)

Third person video's are never as intense as the first person ones, its hard to see what you are aiming at and it's impossible to see what you kill and how skillful you do it. That said it wasn't terrible, could have used a bit more editing to carve out the parts where you are milling around for a minute or more without killing stuff.

I thought it was well done, and fitting music. First person is always better in my opinion but having known Zinz's pwnage first hand i get the same feel for it watching the video. Nice job...i'll be waiting for the first person vid to really show everyone what you can do

not bad for a first attempt. 1st person would definitely be better though. there's just something about it that makes you feel like part of the action while watching it. i'd like to get together some 1st person action myself. we'll keep an eye out

Yeah when I was done I thought of how much better in every way this would be in 1st person. But it was all I could do =)

whats wrong with your FRAPS? i know MY FRAPS needs to be capped at 60fps and sometimes when you turn it on there is this wierd epic slowdown but then you just have to turn it off and then turn it back on that seems to work alot of the time

It will just freeze. It might be because I turned it over 60 or something, not sure though.

Believe it or not i used to run mine on 100fps in full screen with sound...for my vids that end up half size with no in game sound to it...so i changed it to 30 fps, half size (which looks better than full size) and recording no sound and fraps began to run swell

There are apparently ways to run it at 100fps. I dunno if they always mess it up (freeze it in my case, make it odd in yours). But oh well I'll gladly run it at 60 thats all you need to be able to not lag from graphics anyway.

you can run it at 60fps you try to go higher and it will assume 20fps i think
