Here's the message it keeps giving me:
"Your account has been suspended due to a payment option. Please use a different payment option or update your current information in Account Management"
This has to be some kind of mistake because i've already paid for the annual renewal a few months ago and received notice of payment.
And of course i can't check out if there are any problems with my account because in order to get into Account Management i need xbox live, which i can't get because i can't get into Account Management. :hmm:
Has anyone else had a similar problem and/or know what to do?
