Low FPS?

Hey for some reason I am getting a low FPS with this rig:
I have it around medium graphics and i get around 30 fps,I mean I had that FPS with my old 7600 GT, anyone know what's wrong?

1534MB RAM
Hard Drive:
240 GB
Video Card:
NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT

This may be a stupid question but did you update the drivers?

What resolution are you running the game at? What are your AA levels?

Weird, does it happen to just company of heroes? How about other games?

Yea other games aswell
But the thing is, my processor was bottlenecking my GPU, so I overclocked my processor and bam i get 10-20 more FPS.
