Red Speaker
when i talk via voip, i get red speaker and people say it's distorting. i do not know why. i have both transmit and recieve all the way up. my mic is turned down on volume properties. yet i cannot get this to work right. any suggestions?

Have you tried testing it in Windows? Control panel> Sound> I have vista so don't know where it is.. -

Your input level is too high. Turn off "Boost Mic Gain" in the game options, or in the windows sound options menus. There should be something like mic boost. Turn it down until the icon only goes red when you yell.Comment

try running "BF2VoiceSetup.exe" in your /ea games/bf2 folder."Crunch's First Officer"
