Anyone use this to play BF/BC. I want to buy one but, reluctant to do so, because I am afraid it may not work, or cause a slight delay in multiplayer mode that I would loose an edge in the game. I say this becasue i used a wireless network in my home to play BF 2142 and there was a delay, especially in this game where 10ths of a sec count. Any input would be appreciated, before i drop a hundred bucks for it. Thanks.

Re: 360 Wireless network adapter
I wouldn't if i were you mate, i tried wireless in my house and i had the same problems. It works great if you have the connection and the house for it, but i always find wired to be so much more reliable.
Keep your money and use a wired connection if you can. I think the adapter would make it unplayable especially if you had problems with 2142.

Re: 360 Wireless network adapter
I have a wireless adapter and it works fine. I don't get any lag in-game. I've been using it for months, played CoD4 online loads, GTA4, Frontlines Fuel of War, had no problems that were the fault of my router/connection, more often it's Live itself.
Thumbs up from me anyway.

Re: 360 Wireless network adapter
i've heard and witnessed good things about them. just conveniently for me i swindled my way into getting the 360 in the same room as my BT HomeHub.
think i'll purchase it eventually once we have a move around, but my mate lives on CoD4 and he uses it and he seems to get on fine.

Re: 360 Wireless network adapter
I am currently using one and i too was reluctant to buy it considering the outrageous price. But its been outstanding, no lag and i have never lost connection within any game i have played online so far, i would easily give it a 10/10 and wouldn't play online any other way now.
