Place iwd in fs_gamefolder of your choice and launch thru the mods menu in cod4.
if u dont like one of them just delete them from the iwd (iwd canbe opened with packscape or winrar)
or place it in your mod's iwd on your server and redirect

No, only servers with the skins on it.

Or if the server is set to "unpure" but not many servers turn pure off. However most of ZeLimpers skins are on the BPU server, I've also noticed a few on the SMART custom map servers.

hehe OR thers another way, switch back to v1.0, then u can use them on all servers

why the heck would i do that just to see a skin differently..its not that good
