Today I went to redownload ns and I open download manager. I tried clicking start download and nothing happened I have already payed for ns and I don’t see why I can download it. Do I need to repurchase it or what?

Do you have any friends with NS. just get the installer from them. Its tied too your 2142 account so no need for a cd key.

:hmm: had the same problem, un-installing the reinstall it. That helped me out and it could to you to! So give that a try. If not i'll find another solution for the problem:thumbsup:

Unfortunately my friends have either stopped playing 2142 or don’t have ns. also i have gotten a new rig and ns was on the my old one but i couldnt uninstall it casue i wouldnt even start up.

when you log on to EADM are you using the same account you bought NS under.

I also switched pc and had no problems.

Download an older version of EA downloader, it was known as EA Download Manager.

Then insert your CD key, then download. :)

You will need to contact EA Support about the problem. It might be disabled and they might need to re enable it for you.
