AI-X wins out. Followed by POE2.
I am trying out PR, but not very happy with MP, due to the lack of servers here.
FH2 is a bit buggy, the roll and pitch seem broken.

USI and OPC are a bit old now. They have updates, but really not eye catching.

myself personally, I like POE2, EOD, FH2 & BF pirates :)

PR is another really good one, but I personally dont enjoy the gameplay (probably because I have the attention span of a hyperactive ferret on acid)

I'd suggest AIX, but that would be biased
(and FYI, due to the imminent release of the bf public beta patch, we're just holding off on releasing the next update to verify that nothing gets broken by the new patch as we would like to avoid doing hotfixes... but the guys are using that time to make more content, so its a win-win situation really)

Try them all and find one you enjoy, after all they are free and are the result of 1000's of hours of work by community members.

Those are the 2 most solid mods I know. Bugless and populated.

PR Is prob the most develeoped but its not for everyone. v0.8 will be epic when it comes out.

Sorry for the thread revive but wanted to toss our stuff on the list. We're a @ss tiny crew but about to bust loose with a whole new style of playing BF2 - even if you checked us out last year.

That last one probably needs some explaining. As do the other gamemodes we're putting out this time around. And yeah the sound sucks, I know, was after the video really but these source files tell a good story.
