Just bought the game...quick question

Ive been playing BF2 for 2 1/2 yrs now and am getting a little weary of it. I was in Target and saw the Deluxe DVD game for $20 bucks and it included the Northern Strike expansion pack. I picked it up cuz it was cheap. I havent opened the box yet and can still return it.

Are there still enough servers running the game? What Im hoping for is......that I dont have to wait till weekends or at night before the servers get populated. Im east coast....can yall give me an idea of what to expect.....thx

Their are still plenty of full servers. I show a coupla dozen that have decent ping (I'm also east coast) and are populated. You shouldn't have any trouble finding a game.

Yes, plenty of servers. You should be able to find quite a few no matter what time of day you play.

just to give you an idea, in the browser I usually check
Populated, Not Full, and Punkbuster On and there are generally an average of 150 servers to choose from. (From Dallas)

-All with at least 1 person (no empty servers) and not even counting the full servers. So, yea it is very much still alive. You will definitely get your 20 bucks out of it.
