How to transfer a game from one acount to another?

Hi, I have a little problem i have 2 steam accounts. Now i m prety have enough of loging in from one to another evry time i wanna play difrend game. My question is can i transfer the games that i have on one acount to the acount i want to use all the time??? Or is the game permantly stuck on the acount i registrated whit it??

I suspect not. Each game is specifically registered with that account.
