I moved it out of the mods/PR folder since it would work and moved it to the main BF2 directory. Is that my problem?

Do you use PR.exe to start the game? What does the "target" thinggy say when you go to properties of the shortcut you use to start up PR?

Not the shaders, Googling for the PR.exe mismatch didn't help.
