Help with transferring data

I want to know how to get things like screenshots and videos that I got in-game to my pc. I have a transfer kit and memory card i just don't know how to extract it. Little help here.

All the NCAA football games have them the last couple of years along with vids. which is the balls. I noticed the vid. files are something like mpj which isn't that a common video file which I should be able to play with WMP? Once I get it off my memory card. Like I said. Need some help.

Well whenever i transfer ,edia i use an external harddrive/Pen Drive etc. Then i just put it into my usb and transfer

That makes sense. I guess I wasn't using my head lol. I'll have to try that but I need to get something like that.
