At Battle for Europe:CoD, you can play CoD4 the way it was meant to be played, in a full server with teamwork and co-operation. Join Coalition or Opposition forces in epic 12 hour battles with up to 12 vs 12 players on various custom maps from some of the best CoD4 mappers around. The winner of each battle determines who controls various cities throughout our virtual Europe.
Battle for Europe uses real military ranks, from various real to life, modern divisions. Get promotions and medals for showing skill, leadership, and courage in battles.

"12 hour battles? Wtf? I am not staying in a game that freakin' long!" - Well you don't have to!
Just leave the server anytime you want to and come back in anytime you please. The time you spend at BFE is up to you, play as little or as often as you want. Unlike clans, ladders and leagues, there is no time commitment.

Battles are every Wednesday and Saturday from 4pm GMT (11am EST) for CoD4 and every Sunday from 6pm GMT (1pm EST) for CoD2. 3 different maps are played each battle, so if you don't like one map, you can always leave and come back for the next one!

How do you join BFE:COD? Simple, just go to www.bfecod.com and register. Click on "Enlist" to signup to one of the regiments. Registration for Campaign 20 will begin shortly, and battles will begin the following week.

Campaign 20 will feature the heroic 11th SAS Regiment led by General.RevveH do battle throughout Europe against the mighty 1st Semenovskiy Leib-Guard led by Marshall.Medic
Will the Coalition free Europe from the Opposition hammer? Or will the Opposition dominate Europe once and for all? You decide.

I always thought this sounded like an awesome idea. I guess I just assumed it was for Euros. So I guess I've mistaken the name of battling for Europe lol! There are American servers and such...? Is this more for Americans, or Euros? I know it's probably open to all, but pings would not say that.

Yes, there are Euros servers and NA servers where we play EU half on Euros servers and American half on NA servers.

There are much more Eu guys than NA , but our target is to get more peoples from USA. And my though is that bigger fun is to play with NA guy because he is joking all the time xD

How is the ping for each side going across the ocean? I like the concept and would like to game it up some in this, just getting some deets before signing up.

Depends where you are in USA. Generally East Coast guys get around 120-140 pings on UK servers... I get around 130 pings on the USA servers and about 30 pings on the UK servers.

I live in the midwest. I get 30-50 pings in the US, so I'd probably be 150-170ping on Euro. Worth a shot, I'll look for some Euro Pub servers and see what my ping is like.

I know some guys from midwest who get 100 ping in UK servers. But they have powerful internet.

i live in the midwest also

^^ when i was at school with fiberoptics, i got an average of 100 ping on the EU servers for BFE. and somewhere between 20-40 ping on the US servers.

hahaha I don't know if I should join or not....I hardly play anymore except for my clan's TWL matches (all that damn Conan's fault) but I did play in the Conflict 2142 tournament, and that was sick as hell. I'm sure this would be WAY better..(the people running it are cooler than that ******* Dirtghost)
