20MM Gatling 40MM Bofors and a 105MM Howitzer.Originally posted by [WS] StephensolofoThey do.They have miniguns a 20mm i think and 40mm.The big daddy is the 105 howitzer.
Just remember a ac-130 can cover a whole football field in bullets in less than 10 seconds.
The 40MM can place a shell in every square foot of a football field also. Good targeting

I thought they just had mini guns and a small (Don't remember the exact size) artillery piece?Originally posted by .reZ_TSlawYou all do know that the AC-130 Specter gunships have a 40MM Bofors Cannon right? I think that is what this is. More modern..not just WWIILeave a comment:

Re: New Heavy weapon!?
Real or not, I love the idea!
It should have a humongous recoil that knocks the heavy 2m back each time it is fired. Imagine how a clever heavy will use that to recoil-jump quickly towards his goal, gaining a speed-boost

Re: New Heavy weapon!?
I believe that was a piece of fan art, its very easy to replicate valves tf2 style design
but its a good idea nonetheless, but I don't think we can speculate at all about what will be done to Heavy
we already know he is the next class getting an update, if you read the tf2 blog its very interestingLeave a comment:

Re: New Heavy weapon!?
Thats true, most decisions such as that are hit and miss. It's very different between the two games though, as a heavy could have targets that are more important to take out first. CS as you said, is more of a decision to retreat or advance, is that a five man rush? Or is it a 3 man passive push?Originally posted by so1id sn@keScout HW raep ftw. :p
Bet it'll be hard to hit them with that cannon, but boy will it be satisfying if you do.
Anyway, reading over the blog made me realize how the heavy is not really the "skill-less" class people make it out to be, it just takes different kind of skill. One that not nearly enough games reward nowadays. (I mean, how many times do you have to think about when to advance & retreat in CS? It's hard to reward accurate "battle evaluation" skills when battles last all of 1.3 seconds.)Leave a comment:
