  • Game doesn't start

I downloaded the CoD4 demo and installed it fine, but whenever I try and load the game it just exits. There is an error message, and if it is needed, then I'll re-download and install (I uninstalled). My computer specs are:

OS Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
    Processor (CPU): Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.00GHz
    Total Memory: 768MB RAM
Graphics Card Name: NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200
Graphics Card Chipset: GeForce FX 5200
Graphics Card Memory: 128.0 MB (/)
    Monitor Model: SyncMaster 223BW/223BWG/216BW(Digital)
    Monitor Resolution: 1680 x 1050 (32 bit) (60Hz)
    Driver Version: 6.14.0011.6928 (English)
    DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)
    Soundcard Name: Logitech USB Headset

Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

    Re: Game doesn't start

The game will not run with geforce fx5200 (requires geforce 6600 or better). It does not support pixel shader 3.0. Your processor is also below require specs (pentium 4, 2.4g or better).

In the video options there is a feature called GLOW. You can turn it off. As BigFeet mentioned though, your system doesnt meet requirements.
