They don't fix bugs - let alone an intro FMV.

If they did do that, I guarentee you'd moan because it was too long and you had to sit through it when you wanted to play your game.

My thoughts are, you are completely wrong, and the movie they released showcased the equipment and vehicles and maps, that DICE thought would summarise what 2142 was all about.

Well I agree it would be so much more fun that way. Yet that's not how it is. I agree that it's annoying buying something that doesn't end up how they say it'd be but that's life.

I think, that you should just play the game and worry about important things. Than debate about "what a titan assault SHOULD look like"

I don't think that'd have sold very many copies of the game

Errr, shut up and enjoy the cinematic? Since when is an intro movie or trailer depict ACTUAL gameplay? I think they did an EXCELLENT job on it.

I mean, when was the last time you saw two APCs full of EU troops pod onto the PAC Titan in rhythm and have the PAC defenders waiting for them with assault rifles? And the big fight in the cargo bay, with people using cover and shooting from behind boxes? And how about the assaults on the consoles? More gunplay? GUNS? WTF?!? If they had done it properly like the game is meant to be played you'd have seen nades, sentries, nades, RDX, nades, and APMs, etc. And nades.

So I think DICE should patch the game and re-release the intro video depicting how we all know a Titan assault was obviously meant to be played.

    Thoughts?
