But anyways, Spore wouldn't get pulled for Sporn, and if you read some of the comments - its true no matter what people will either find a way to glitch a game, break a game, or create something with tits... and I'm sure Will Wright and the Spore developers knew this would happen, maybe they might hire people to remove "sporn" style characters? Or maybe characters might get 'approved' before being used for everyone else's SP game?

Remember TES IV: Oblivion?

It started out rated "T," but then modders found out that all the models were designed "topless" originally, and then created "sexually explicit" mods. Then it got bumped up to "M."

The same thing might happen with Spore....

Well with Australias messed up policies on games i wouldn't be surprised if it got cancelled here due to this sort of thing..
