Ok, when i mount my games that i have (CSS, Hl2, Hl2 ep 1 and 2) It dosent work and gives me an error and i have to redownload synergy. How do i mount games?

Quite simply. Dont.
You don't actually need to mount any games because the games that you have mounts MUST be the same as what the server is running. Since there is no way of knowing what the server is running most of them just run HL2.
If you are trying to run the campaign you will have to have Ep1 mounted in order to play those maps. -

Its like telling the game to not only load its own game materials it is loading another games materials aswell. This only works well with games like source games since they all use .GCF files they can work in between each game.Comment
