Remember that one screen of a CombatTesting server with the map name "Diavik" in it during 1.5 beta? What was that map, a candidate for release in 1.5 but didn't make it?

Anzio is Operation Shingle if I'm not mistaken. Who knows what happened to the others. Perhaps Daivik was Wake Island with a different name during the pre-beta period so that those browsing Game-Monitor didn't pick up on it? The Sir. guys would know but who knows if they are allowed to say.

Anzio was indeed renamed to Operation Shingle. I cannot comment much on the others, except to confirm that Diavik, was not wake.

If you cant manage to find out the relationship between Anzio and Operation Shingle you will never really appreciate Jason's ability to think.
For the record Wake was called Area51 during our testing session's with Tatical Gamer.

Operation Shingle took place in Anzio and Nettuno in 1944. :p
