If you think about it you will know that its very stupid that there are decay ranks, Because The hall of fame, is More like the hall of shame, full of hackers. And those other decay's are almost as lame, Because mostly hackers, And padders get them. Its like EA want those guys in there game, How do you guys think about this? You agree with me or...

yeah i agree with you. the players that ive seen get SC rank either hacked, played on knife servers or in the case of that butt-plug U.S New Mexico, were completely lame players that spammed nades over and OVER AND OVER without stop. that usnewmexico guy has almost 60,000 grenade kills..how do you even do that.
Another guy PAPA(a bunch of numbers by it) i saw he had a leiutenant general rank and all he did was rdx bunnyhop. Complete garbage.
Another person whos on my buddy list had Lt general rank and he admitted to me at one point that he used hacks ONLY because he thought that i was hacking myself. i told him no i wasnt and he was like...."uhhhhh"
yeah my consensus is that the supreme commander rank is a joke and i havent actually seen a truly good player with any special rank. -

Me and Zinz worked for ours... You just have to learn how the system works. I didn't hack or stat-pad, it was pure playing. I played an even mix of Conquest and Titan, using two weapons (Clark Shotgun and Gunship).
I think Zinz is right, its not about how well you perform, its about WHEN you perform. We both got it our first week as Brig with our secondary soldiers...
I'm ranking up a new soldier now, I wanna see if I can get it again.Comment

I think it's unfortunate that so many hackers break into those ranks, but mostly I think I don't really care. I love 2142, I love playing it, and truth to tell I loved ranking up not so much for meaningless Rank in the game (because it's not like having a rank over anybody else means they'll actually do what you tell them to, or will be punished if they don't), but just to watch my awards page brighten up with color and get the new unlocks to play with.Originally posted by InFantry.eXeComment

I was decay rank for 4 weeks (major 2, lt. 2), all from legit play. But I do agree with the hall of fame, its mostly glitchers/padders/hackers.Originally posted by InFantry.eXe
It's still possible to get a decay rank without cheating, and just playing good and getting lots of points, heck more good people should make good characters and do it. Then we could get some of those padders/hackers that have them bumped down.Comment

meh the SC has always been called the supreme padder. i hope they get rid of this nonsense if they don't bother to pick a deserving person. it was funny when someone got picked for SC and then had his stats wiped because it was so obvious he was a padder.

EA has a forumla for who is a stat padder, and who is a normal player.
Of course, none of those noobs that whore knife only are padders.
Just ask Moose and Timsad, they both got this formula and they haven't whored knife servers.

it is possable the easyest way which me and a few others used is go commander with you clan on they follow the orders and you get points then win then = double points and higest in the weekComment
