Alright so when I try to install Orange Box i get a couple seconds into the steam installation at which point i get an error saying
Error 1303. The installation has insufficient privileges to access the directory C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Start Menu\Programs\Steam. The installation cannot continue. log on as administrator or contact your system administrator.
I'm running Vista Home Premium my account type is administrator iv turned off UAC and iv log onto the hidden administrator account with supposed genuine administrator privileges and it all comes up with the same thing. Help would be greatly appreciated.
