Should I buy Sins of a Solar Empire? I've read a summary review and like the idea. Is it executed well? Replay value?

I bought it over Stardock (brilliant piece of software there, on par with Steam for its loveliness)
and it is awesome
Then again I am more of a fan because I love the homeworld series (if you dont you suck) and its made by some of the same people
In general though, there is tons of replay value, tons of mods in the making, hell making your own 5 star/200 planet star system is so easy. hell self modding so you can go over the capital ship limit is easy as well
Nothing like watching an entire fleet phase jump into a ****storm. It is quite beatiful, well worth the money as well
