If you post the PNG from your "My Creatures" folder other users can click drag the PNG into spore and play with your creation

lol no!.. u open spore and start a new creation.. then u press ALT+ TAB to tab out of the game window, afterwhich you click on one of the .png images and drag it to the spore tab, the game will then open back up and u just drop the image in the middle of the screen and u can edit eachothers monsters

That is how Spore stores creature data, in binary encoded into PNG's thus the Sporepedia just sends png's to people.

Thats is incredible! (And probably a violation of the PNG standard)

But how does it handle free version versus full?
This one is created with stuff from the full version, will it be stripped in the trial version?
