I just have a few questions that i would like answered please :)

Firstly, i have just completed the mission called Paper Trail where you blow up a helicopter with Jacob (after deciding whether to kill Playboy X or Dwayne). I have completed all missions other than side missions up to this point and am about to start Pat's missions. I'm just wondering when the third island becomes accessible and how long it takes for the helicopters to start spawning around the islands.

Also, whats the story with the third island being locked? At first it was a terror threat but what is it now?

EDIT: Answered my first question, you unlock the final island after the vault mission (Three Leaf Clover)

u can get a helicopter at the helitours at the south-easter of Algonguin.
