Honestly Pentium 4s are quite bad, they were bad enough to give Intel a kick in the nuts so hard that they spat out the lovely core designs

Thank you again for the advice, his processor is actually not a pentium, it's an HP....something. Pavilion I believe?

Still, super laggy, probably because of the 1 gig ram. Then again, he just installed a new anti-virus and his IE got really slow to start up, maybe it's a bug or something?

Anyway, how much should 1 gig cost? It's about $100 at the local circuit city, and I swear it was a lot cheaper at the compusa.....(then again, that just closed down, so now the circuit city has no competition for miles....).

I might just get it online, hate waiting for shipping though....
