1) The OpFor Helo has granades for the pilot and missles for gunner(basically reversed weapons compared to the US helo).
2) It is possible to solo. But the downside is that the copper goes down pretty fast. So you have to be really quick. So basically you don't have time to look around for targets. I did actually get kill or two when i was seat switching... And it ended for me to crash the helo because i didn't switch to pilot fast enough.

Flying in BC is a real art form. I'm pretty hopeless.
I have only seen one guy online seat switch with minor success, it just seems to plummet too quickly. But hey, if it promotes teamwork im all for it!Comment

As long as we are talking seat swapping, I found an, interesting tactic..
If you quickly swap seats, the chopper plummets fast enough to disrupt the enemy's aim, AND the engine sound stops. When you swap back, you can sort of autorotate, even though the engine isn't running, so when you adjust rotor blade pitch, you glide. However, wait too long, and the rotors stop spinning completely, and you simply plummet into the ground.
So, swap seats, let it fall a bit, swap back, and induce power, it will glide if you do it right.Comment
