Error at the end of download and start up error

I just installed the new patch from the headlines of COD on TGN, and there is an error IMMEDIATLY at the end of the patch when installing, its some.... data file... And when i click to press the shortcut to the game it tells me to browse for a file.....

I was playing fine throughout all the patches up until this one

try to reinstall the game ? dont forget to save you profile first
