i have this problem the cause of it seems to be if i log out of my soldier and then back on to it after having played on a server

simly restart ur game ytoget rid of it

I got everything maxed out and got blocky trees aswell. However i got this bug before, It can be fixed by reinstalling, But i cba only for some threes

Hmmm maybe its just for everyone who runs the game at low settings because i have everything set to max and i still get 100 FPS and BTW to the ppl in the Sir organization. all i am going to say is thank you i just wish i had my jet lol. but ya get the 98GTX SSC and your good

Oh and for everyone who runs at max my AA stops at 4 instead of 8 anyone else have this as well?

I have my settings all maximum and the trees look fine on my display.

I have a 7900GS and run on Vista.

Got the blocky trees bug too. Sapphire Radeon X1950 Pro, graphics all set to max with FSAA turned off.

i have an idea, ghiblian buy a new computer and then send me your old PC via UPS so i can use your old computer that isnt as good as your new one

Ghiblian, it IS a problem with Wake. This bug DOES happen on occasion on normal maps, but it ALWAYS happens on Wake.

This is not a problem with the new maps. This happens occasionally when I think the graphics cache gets corrupted. It usually fixes itself when I restart. If you are having trouble, try deleting the cache in your profile folder (Documents/Battlefield 2142/mods/bf2142/cache)

oh so you mean sorta like this:



note this is a modified version of the Reflections mod for GTA SA normally the bloom is much more intense

I hate bloom. Even on my 8800 GT rig I have it off since I'd rather have an extra 1-2 FPS than everything bright and glowy.
