How on earth do I host a mod on my server?!?!?!?

Cheers lads.
I've got a 24/7 server hosted in Germany with FTP utlility. I put the Sandbox mod to the mod/ directory. Now, the question.
HOW DO I MAKE IT RUN?

Should I modify any configs or soething? Please describe the whole activity as I don't clearly know the server usage :/ oh, and btw, I have the ModManager there and I use BF2RCON and BF2RA as the BF2CC doesn't seem to work :C

I really suggest to get BF2CC installed on your server as it is so easy to use. I have no experience of the others but BF2CC is excellent.
My mate did a LAN and had a temporary server setup on his computer and did the full works on his computer like bf2cc and several mods and with CC it was so simple to utilize and i had never used BF2CC before.

^^That is BF2CC forum FAQ, we had some slight problems setting it up but found our problem on this website and fixed it within 2 minutes of finding the solution.
