I just looked up this game and found out that there's a beta available on the 30th. Just to go combat arms main site and follow the directions. You get it off of fileplanet, but you don't have to be a paying subscriber

When you start the game it'll say something like "Checking version". It'll show that for a few seconds and then an error will pop up. The error is nothing to worry about and only comes up because the game won't work until the 30th (Which is when the beta starts)

As you play and win more matches you will be rewarded with money to buy more weapons and gear. From the Shop/Storage storage screen you will be able to equip your character, and buy new items with the money you've earned.

Yes, and if you like CS style gameplay, yes.

If you're good at CS or CoD4, you'll obliterate in this game. Check my screenshots for some pwn.
