How do you know who is the sergeant major of the corps? reason I ask is that I hit the 50,000 points mark about two week ago, and the stas (BF2HQ) say that my progress to next rank is 100%.... next rank being sergeant major of the corps.:cool:
do you get any privelages btw, or are you just a smotc?[/ :laugh::score::score::pickme:

That rank has loooong been removed from the game

Thats their problem.. all i know is it was in the game for a short time then removed for a reason i do not know

It was a rank that was given to a different person each month, usually the best of their rank or something. They had a special insignia and I believe they counted as the highest rank in the game (meaning they had priority for commander position).

SMOTC is given to a random player, you don't achieve it through points. You can qualify for it, but will not get it even if you satisfy the requirements, I believe that was the case.

It was removed but someone still has it. I remember reading a thread about it over at bf2s. It is not issued anymore however.

Indeed they do. He plays at Dalian *R|A* all the time. I can't remember his name but he comes into the server and everybody calls hacks because his rank looks so crazy in game.
