Spray Help

[Hawkers]

Can someone please turn this into a transparent spray, (tga/vtf?) everytime i try and change it and save it the background turns to white!

When i open it in PS it has a really weird background...



Is it supposed to be like this, i'll try and put it on anyway!

Try the attachment, it should work. Extract to both
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\<Steam Name>\team fortress 2\tf\materials\VGUI\logos\
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\<Steam Name>\team fortress 2\tf\materials\VGUI\logos\UI

Then import it in TF2.
