What does this setting mean??

hi just have a short question. in option ther is a setting that is called

normal map resolution
specular map resolution

i have bought of then on high but i can set then on extra aswell but what does it change in the game

Normal is the regualr stuff
Specular is all the stuff that makes things shiny, glowy and all the cool extra cool stuff.

Make sure you got a good enough PC for it :)

well lets see dual core e6600, 9800gtx, 3gig of ram should do the trick i guess xD
