only reason i choose to get the game on the ps3 over the 360 is because i know more people who are getting the game on the ps3.

The PS3 controller has 2 triggers on top (The L2 and R2 buttons) but the controller design itself is the same as the PS2. The PS3 controllers are really light as well compared to the Xbox controllers.

Lightweight is nice, but I really don't even pay attention to how light the Xbox 360 controller is cuz I just use it to play, and as long as it works, I'm happy... :p

But are the L2 and R2 buttons litterally trigger shaped (like the Xbox 360's controller) or are they just buttons?

It's been a while since I held a Play Station controller, so I'll have to see again for myself... Also, does the PS3 controller actually have a trigger button like the 360 or is it just a couple of flat, rectangular buttons on the top. I ask this cuz i mostly play First Person Shooters and I love the actual trigger button when it comes to playing FPS's on the Xbox...

Yeah, Isn't it just the same controller used for the PS2? Cuz I didn't care for the controller design at all... Plus it felt a little blocky or square-ish in my hands and wasn't as confortable as the 360 controller...

I wouldn't worry, i switch between my bro's 360 and my PS3 regularly, and barely notice a change.

The PS3 controller is lighter, and the thumbsticks are on the same level, thats the only difference really.

Yeah, so far my Xbox is doin' it's thing still without any problems so I hope it stays that way... :)

The only thing I'm know I'm going to have trouble with is that when and IF I get a PS3 then it'll be hard to get used to the feel of the controller in my hand, let alone learn a new set of buttons for each new game I get.

I usually just stick to Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4, and that's all I need to get confused from switching from one game to the other... It really gets me, espicially in Multiplayer where you got to think on your feet, or on your fingers, so to speak... lol

My brother has had his 360 since just after launch, and its still going strong. He must be one of the few that have had no problems.

Ill get a 360 sometime this year, but im more than happy with my PS3 for the moment.

I got both consoles but it's the 360 for me. Only going 360 for XBL. PSN is a write-off IMO.
