How to download entire index of files

I was wondering if there was a way to download an entire http index of files with all the folders and everything. I ask this because I want to play on the zombie mod server but my connection is fairly crap so it takes forever to download each map. If there is any way to do with without download every individual file, I would appreciate knowing how.
