Enemy Down

I started this up a while back.

It is a tournament system for many games, including TF2.

It is a UK based tournament.

Now i know what you are thinking. Ohhhh i don't want to play in a tournament though. This is the great thing about Enemy Down. It can be used to EASILY arrange little schindigs with other communities. Far easier than the BF2 matches we played against BF2s and BF2 player for those who played.

To be involved in this i suggest you get your *** on over to GROUP MEMBERSHIPS in your CP. Click JOIN Total TF2 clan and wait for Sniper1432 to let you in. Once accepted you will be able to see the private forum at the bottom of this forum which contains all the information for signing up to the TGN Enemy Down Team.

Currently we have 7 members. 5 of which are eligible to play a match at any time.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you are planning on signing up please make sure you do the following thing:

Go into TF2 server. Open up the console and type "status".

Copy your SteamID from the information it comes up with. Your SteamID should look like this STEAMID00:0_xxxxxxxx

When you sign up to the Enemy Down website POST IN THIS THREAD your username, so that i can find you and add you to the clan.

Alternatively, when signed up to the Enemy Down site make sure that you put your SteamID in the box where it asks for your SteamID. Post your ID in here, and i can find you even easier.

Once in the TGN ED team, it will take 3-5 days for your SteamID to be verified to make sure you haven't cheated before.

For this to happen you need to make sure that your SteamID is in the appropriate section of your profile on the Enemy Down site!

This is what Captainkirk and Namakan have failed to do. Hence why only 5 out of 7 people are eligible to play.


In summary:

1) Go here: www.enemydown.co.uk
2) Sign up
3) Put your steamid00:0_xxxx in your profile
4) Post it in this thread
5) Wait for me to add you to the TGN team.
6) Wait to get verified.

Make sure its enabled in options.

Options < Multiplayer < Enable Console
(or something similar)

Manic_ is my user name, ive been signed up for over a year and havnt used it, so i just had to change a few bits
ill post up my steam id tomorro when i can be bothered to start steam up

This script from http://www.mysteamid.com/ supposedly finds your steam ID. You can also run it from their website.

I think the reason this didn't take off the first time was the problem of time zones.

Maybe it'll be easier now that we have more people?
