You want to pimp out that skorpion to do anything, this is what you use:
Scorpion with ACOG
bandolier
stopping power
deep impact
You now got yourself a long range assault rifle with high ROF and good accuracy. Just remember the animation bug and let it finish to load it and reload often or you will end up with an empty gun
Thats the kit I used to get the blue and red tiger stripes for it
