Well they sent me 2 copies of GTA IV when that came out so anythings possible

I eagerly checked my email a few minutes ago only to find that by the power of e-commerce alchemy Play.com had transformed my ps3 order into an xbox demo code. I hope the physical shipping of the product doesn't undergo the same unfortunate alchemy ;-)

i gave up on the email so i canceled my pre-order, a few minutes later i recived the download code so im not sure whats happened there. im downloading it now as i type

You must have been lucky getting the right code. God knows when were gonna get ours

Well I got my Code

But the muppets at Play sent me an Xbox Live code instead of a PSN code

I'm gonna have to call them this is ridiculous.

UPDATE:

Apparently they sent all XBOX users a PSN code and all PS users an XBOX live code so they're gonna resend them out to everyone

Most of the techs there dont have a clue what they are saying lol you would think they would get tech support that know abit about the games etc.

You wouldn't think something so simple would be so hard to do.

That lass on the phone made it sound like they were trying to invent a car that ran on water, not send an email with a code in it. Can't be too hard surely.

She also said that emails have been going out all day, but from what you guys are saying, thats clearly not true.
