Ok here's few simple ones for you
Miten menee = How's it going
Hyvää päivää = Good Afternoon
Mikä sinun nimi on = what's your name
Mistä olet kotoisin = where u are from
Minkä ikäinen olet = how old are you
and so on...

It's hard to say about Finland VS Canada... But we got our a$$es kicked by them in the last WC tournament... :|:Haha, interesting... I never thought that I would have learned that on the TGN forums... Never! :laugh:
See... I know Canadians are crazy about Hockey, but I had no clue that it was a big sport over in Finland... So, who's better between Canada and Finland? Pardon, I never watched Hocky in my life, cuz as you all know here in the USA, football is what's up!
And since I'm part Mexican too, I'm extremely crazy about soccer, and I love watching the World Cup!! I guess in England, you call soccer football, my bad... Haha.
Btw, does everyone in Finland speak English or is the main language... Finnish? Sorry, If I sound rude... :p
Football as in NFL football?
Here football means soccer, and American football means NFL...
And our first language is Finnish, second is English along with Swedish(what i don't speak or write at all)
