Installion problem with COH:Opposing Fronts

Hi all, I'm a complete computer newb and I just recently bought COH:Opposing Fronts. Whenever I try to install it though I get this message:

You could attempt to clean off the disc (had a problem with BF2 where the disc was dirty and a certain file could not be read).
