cheater or no?

so this player was on wih last night, dropping people pretty fast. i usually can tell a cheater by the way they kill me. so i decided to fraps him. i reported him to wih, and then i went to his "clan" forum and reported him. the admins there do not think he was cheating. what do you think?

signs of possible cheats:
1) first 3 seconds, the player was firing while walking with the MG, and killed
2) around the 10th second, he's flickering between two targets, and killed
3) after 13th second, he does a 7-o'clock flip to a back target, and killed

From my experience, there did seem to be a possible aimbot indication due to crosshair snapping, but it is very hard to tell without the first person view.

I wish my RPK-74 can shoot like that with such accuracy with out laying prone to aim. Look at the specs for the gun and there is no way it can have the kind of success like what we see in the video clip.
I've been seeing a high number of players with cheats like this lately. My bro and I played four different servers today and each one had one or more obvious cheaters. Of course there were no admins around to boot them.

I suppose that I just hear these claims all the time. I wasn't convinced beyond a reasonable doubt by the video.

Walk around on the hills at Karkand, without going prone, fire into the city with that gun, and see how many kills you get. It looks like an aimbot to me, and I would at least suspect that, just by the style of play. It only takes a few minutes of play with that gun, to realize 90% of your kills will come while prone, no matter how good you are. Its an aimbot.

People that are accurate like that usually lay down but this guy just runs around and iron sights everyone in the distance, I would say aimbot but would need a little bit more footage to say that for sure.

The masterchief7210 is or was part of the {CLR} Clan. He was banned by PBBans on May 01 2008 At just after midnight. He was banned for using an aimbot. He at the time was also part of my Clan which is =CF= (Combined Force)If there is any questions come to our web sight and I will answer all.
