whats up with ammo packs?

i dont get these things:
they only resupply you if you are holding the ting you want to resupply, and it ony resupplies you with one. ex: you have 3 PKs for each mag. you have 5 (i think) mags. you use them up, and you go over to an ammo pack, and it only resupplies me with one mag! i have to fire off the mag to get another one. i dont get it.
its the same with nades. :shakehead:
are they going to fix this so you get a full supply of mags when you are next to it?
also, i would like to be resupplied in everything, not just when im holding it.

but my problems with this may be because im not patience enough....:p

You need to stay longer to get fully resupplied. You don't just "take in" ammo like the other games. Ammo hub works like med hub in 2142.

You answered yourself. You just have to wait a bit longer to be fully supplied. :p

He's newer to the game, Field, cut him some slack. He's been asking fairly intelligent questions since he got the game, I don't see anything different about this one.

it actually does resupply ever thing, you just dont get the little symbol at the bottom when your holding another weapon, but it does supply them

the supply time also varies from weapon to weapon, so ammo clips take shorter then pks, which then take shorter time to supply then grenades

Yea the ammo packs arent like they were in BF2 where it does it automatically.
