Play AIX if you want to play with bots. It's the best SP mod out there. By far.

All vanilla maps (including Tampa and those with no official bot support like Mashtuur and Kubra) with expanded bot-usable combat area (navmesh). Also adds AI so the bots will use AT mines. You must have the official Tampa map for the modded Tampa map to work.

AI-X is the best but Nations at War (N@W) and PoE2 aren't bad either (N@W seems a bit less stable than some other mods though).
