Ok, I've been putting this one off forever. Someone please give me some insight on how to best get this badge.

the best way to do it is on a small server say 16 player with 300 tickets just go arround with active cammo and stab away, the game will last for ages so u have plenty of time
and if ur lucky ul eaither find an afk player or a n00b who is just pi$$ easy to knife :P

Yeah, 16 man is the easiest, but after a while it's a piece of cake to get more then 20 knife kills in a round, not even when you're trying.

You can also be medic with uav cover or support with the puls meter so you can check where your enemies are, wait around a corner and strike. If you're medic you can heal afterwards so you dont die too often.

assault knifing is kinda happy go lucky but u can last longer

support knifing is good situational awareness but u burn out over tie as u take more damage

and recon is just like hit and run, your invisible but you don't have any means to heal or scan

i wonder if assault stabbing with radar nades would work :P

Its not hard to get, really... I've gotten it on three different soldiers, and 17+ Knife Rounds at least 50 seperate times :p

Honestly though, go with the Ghost and Cloak. The cloak doesn't get you passed any seasoned players, but it will protect you from long-ish range snipers and noobs. The Ghost practically DESTROYS the enemy team for you...

Best maps are probably:
A) Full, 32-48 Gibraltar
B) Full, 32+ Belgrade
C) Full, 48 Titan (inside titan)

Thats right, none of this cowardly "GO ON2 A EMTPY 64 MANz & UZE T3H Ub3r loooooooooonnnnnngggg round to GET IT!!!11". Its not hard, just hop out and start stabbing

or play titan and when defending your titan, keep podding on top and knifing ppl in the vents and corridors...

Yep Titan is where I got mine, just pod to the back and run in behind the attackers they'll either be bunched up around corridor 1 and 2 or bunched up in the ramps leading up to the reactor. You can usually take 2 - 3 before they even know what's happening.

I've never really even tried to get the gold collectors badge but I got the silver one unintentionally by playing 16p Cerbere...

But titan is probably the best together with the ghost and apm's

that is the easiest badge to earn. i've used every kit & the best, by far is recon. use the cloak w/ the decoy beacon. 32 player servers w/ 64 man map (300 tickets) seems to be the best. imo camp g is the best & cebere landing seem to is a close second. i play on a variety of 24/7 camp g servers & some i average 30 tags per round. keep moving, stopping will only get you killed. if you're not that skilled w/ the knife, concentrate on more sneaky tactics & getting behind a squad, rather than taking them on face to face, knife to gun. good luck to you.

24 player servers are good, really just sneak around with a cloak and knife some people. Your KDR may suffer, depending on how sneaky you are but oh well. Wait for people to come out into the open where they can't easily get you or evade and you shouldn't have a problem.

Got mine on Berlin as EU .... just cloak up and get behind them .. especially on that ridge on the north side of the first flag

No need to be sneaky, on a crammed server there's usually enough noises and distractions for you to just amble behind people and make with the stabbystabby. Also, cloaking on smaller servers is highly advised against. Keep it simple and keep it smart, just pick your target, approach them carefully and stab. It's a seriously easy gold to get :)

Got mine on Titan. Jumping from the vents behind squads concentrating entering the 4 corridors. Usually they don't care to watch their 6's or placing a sentry.

I never knife and I went on a random fury on a full 64 man Gib server with 23 to 3 before the server crashed. Getting behind the battle really helps, spawn raping between the rocks by and on the barge on Gib works nice.

Yeah 64s for knifing are amazing. People are just clueless or busy doing stuff and don't notice people at all. If its the EUS server you can probably run into the whole frag spam group and knife them all. Unless an RDX whore comes along.
