Seriously, I'm sure he goes around in GTA4 causing mayhem and massive killing sprees.
Do ratings mean a damn thing these days? I see kids with mommy walk into Bestbuy all the time buying stuff like Gears of War, and other gore infested games when the kids are like 5 or 6. They don't need that kind of stuff.
