Earl Grey is black tea with bergamot, which has caffeine! Not too good if you want to sleep, I would presume.

    Read a book. Any book.

Research has shown that the computer/television will actually keep you awake longer. Though, everyone is different.
Totally agree. Read books, there are good for your knowledge... And playing a FPS when your in the HEAT wont make you wana sleep.

I'll write up a short synopsis of my life story. You'll be asleep in no time.

Valerian Root works well for some people, also the lavender fragrance is really relaxing

Yeah, obviously an exciting book isn't much help, something boring helps.

Readings pages and pages of java helps.

Are you suggesting that books aren't mentally stimulating... Anyway I have heard that being on the computer will keep you awake, I find that whenever I can't sleep all i need to do is crack open one of my cultural anth textbooks. Try watching the home shopping network or something, I'll bet that would put me to sleep.
