Driving Physics

Just thought I'd throw this out there as a bit of a general question. What do you think of the driving physics they feel a lot more realistic and difficult to control or atleast compared to SA. I think it's a good thing but I can imagine it would become quite irritating for someone that doesn't have the time to master the cars.

Maybe I'm just riding in the fat cars at minute! :thumbsup:

Yeah, I think the hand brake is a bit to touchy. The cars aren't as impressive either, the banshee is even kinda slow. Oh well, great graphics though!

Cars are very unrealistic. Slightest turn and they sway. Still, very fun :)

I love it! It takes a little getting used to... and there is quite a huge difference between a Turismo (Ferrari type looking car, find it in beachgate/parked in Mr.Faustins driveway) to say one of the Land rovers...

But you just need to release accelerate, touch handbrake + turn then hold brake a bit and slam accelerate on... seems to work well for all cars...

Plus I love how you can just hold circle (or B for 360) and go into cinematic mode and then use slowmode... I basically keep it in slowmode then If I'm gonna crash hold circle and hold handbrake+brake (no accelerate) and try turning out of the way... surprisely you'll be able to adjust the car just enough to usually avoid collision... and it makes for some awesome looking driving if your still going fast afterwards...

Press R3 to toggle between slowmode and normal whilst in cinematic mode (not mode not view)

I think it's R3, will check later... (don't have gta4, mate does so just play at his)

Yeah I did the Sixaxis tutorial, jesus that's going to take some getting used to. Pretty cool that they used it though.

I did that tutorial too, and oh man it took me some while to get hang of it with the helo... I was flying all over the place..

Yeah I was going backwards then forwards. Left and then right lol. Was over-reacting every time.

Yeah, same happened to me too... You just need to learn how much to tilt the controller... Then you should be ok... You should have seen me trying to ride that bike with the sixaxis.. It was like i was drunk or something...

I have few times... Once with Roman, once with Michelle and once with Little Jacob...

It was really funny to watch that jamaican faceplant to pavement..
