Its never going to be a good diea to have an online multiplayer game with no anti-cheat protection. IW tried it with CoD2, and fixed it as soon as they got the chance (think it was IW and CoD2 anyway ). Even if EA decide not to go with PB they need some kind of Anti-Cheat up and running before release.

They said that they will let people of same skill level play against each other. I wonder how that could be done, but it would be interesting to see cheaters against cheaters. Hey I would even pay to watch that. Just get me a bucket of popcorns and I'll LMAO watching that.

Probably not, it would make all the 'paid for' character customisation pointless.

Well, the "paid-for" skins would be seen by everyone else in the server.

But if you were able to make and use your own skins then presumably you'll only see them on your computer..

Yes, unless they are server side. You can do that with CSS, change the gun model/skin/sound to what you want.

I remember playing JK2 back in the day. That was full of custom skins and stuff, so if you didn't have the top 50 or 100 almost everyone just looked the same.
