Voice-overs are the things you can say with the commo rose like "Enemy infantry spotted", or things you say that only others can hear like "Frag out!"
I think the devs did a good job with them. They really sound like they're in the war atmosphere. I have noticed some inconsistencies like when you ask for a vehicle drop. It just sounds weird compared to all the others.
I also like spamming some of them like "I need a supply drop" when on MEC, and "I need artillery support over here, sir!" on US. those ones just sound funny lol
